The primary market is where a company is directly involved in a transaction where securities are issued for the first time to the investors by the company. The secondary market has no involvement of company in the transaction. However, this market is where investors trade previously issued securities between buyers and sellers through stock exchange. The overall purpose of both markets is to (a) process newly issued securities and (b) enable buyers and sellers with cheap and quick transactions.
The performance of my company plays a crucial role for investors. Public shareholders held 48.3% of stocks. The company ensures all employees are in a safe and welcoming environment, where inclusion, diversity and equity is provided across board. Due to the unfortunate events our country was going though, my company made it clear where they stand and made awareness of problems we face in America. Making bold statements where consumers and customers are seeing a companies effort to stand for justice increases investors.
