review the below post
The major various world view that rules the globe are atheism, pantheism, theism, finite Godism, and polytheism. The major differences between all the worldviews are the object of focus on which the individuals considers it as the super power or the source of power (Hiebert, P. G, 2008). For example, On one hand, the theism believes on the existence of one god who controls the vast universe and all the things lie in it while on the other atheism does not believe in god rather they consider human as the superpower of all strengths where the decisions of the human is responsible for changes in life. Another major difference in these world views is the act of categorsing something as evil or good. For example, in atheism consumption of alcohol is not a sin while in some of the religion of theism, it is a sin.
Things that stands out to me is that all of the world views are focused on identifying the correct sources of power and strength that helps the individuals to come out from the times of distress so that the issues can be managed in an effective manner. The surprise for me is that what is considered evil in the context of one world view is considered good in another world view which makes it apparent to identify the sources of power and strength. Different worldviews impact the organizational life in number of ways as it affects the productivity and profitability in the organizational life while it also affects the organizational climate in number of ways affecting the situation in various ways. For example, an individual with the finite godism will have less energy to endure the challenges in life than the individuals with thesim who would be more likely to be patient through the crises in various ways.
