Rodeo” is a monologue (single speaker)

It certainly contains humor; in some cases, you may find yourself chuckling out loud. However, Martin has a serious message, albeit a subtle one that she puts forth via her character “Big Eight.” Her message is that corporations are destroying some of the favorite pastimes of many Americans, Big Eight’s being the rodeo.Consider Martin’s claim and present a basic argument that this is true, using one example of a specific pastime you consider negatively impacted, no matter how, by corporate influences. You may not agree with this opinion, however. You may believe that the influence of corporate America has helped and enhanced a specific American pastime. If so, then present a basic argument as such, showing how this is true.There is to be only one side presented (Martin’s claim is true or it is not true) and only one pastime presented as an example in that argument. There is to be no use of any outside sources; the opinion is to be yours and yours alone.  Make sure, however, there is no use of any forms of “I” or “you” and no contractions. Based on essays submitted in the past, the following must be mentioned: if you do not know the definition of the word “pastime,” please look it up and note its spelling.Formatting and grammar will count heavily.
