students will compose a critical, analytical essay analyzing one of themes from The Picture of Dorian Gray. In an essay of no fewer than 750 words, students will describe three literary devices found within the story that point to the theme (irony, tone, imagery, etc.). There should be at least three scholarly sources cited within the essay, as well as three quotes from the novel itself. The essay will use MLA style of formatting.
