-Not enough staff with specialized training in the agency

– Marketing deficiency/Lack of marketing strategies

– Low income location where it is difficult to find with proper education and training (considering 13% of the population have a Bachelor’s degree or higher)

Vision Plan

We strive to be El Centro’s leader in patient care by providing individualized treatment to the patients and the families that we serve.
