The intent of this assignment is to develop a plan on how social and behavioral factors can be addressed to improve the health or individuals, groups, or populations. The paper will explain the plan to implement and evaluate the intervention.  This paper is to address a public health problem using a theory from your Glanz textbook or other sources as a framework for an evidence-based social and behavioral intervention. Interventions may be new or adapted interventions and must rely on rigorous, scientific methods to provide evidence regarding the effects of the intervention.
