The strategic planning process should be an ongoing assessment by all organizations. Conducting routine reviews of the plan afford the organization opportunities to pivot and be flexible. Changing circumstances often impact the day-to-day operations of a business and or a function of a business and have impacts on the strategic plan.
After reading chapter 10 and reviewing the last section of the workbook, reflect on your experiences. Since the start of the pandemic has the strategic plan changed in your organization, and if so, how, and why?
