This project will be independently interviewing one licensed practicing real estate agent. This agent could be working in residential or commercial real estate employed by a Broker in Wisconsin. The interview process may be completed either in person or a combination of in person , telephone interview or e-mail interview. The goal of the interview is to provide you and the rest of your classmates with a comprehensive understanding of the techniques, procedures, experiences and practices of the agents in our community. You will be required to forward to the class and answer or clarity to the following questions including who the agent is and who they work for etc..1. How long has the agent been in business2. How did the agent get started in the business3. Who is the brokers agent? Past brokers? Why the change if any?4. What were the start up costs of the agent? What recurring costs do they have?5. How long did it take for the agent to make their first commission check after starting in the business6. Does the agent have a daily routine?7. How does the agent stay motivated8. Does the agent have an area of specialization?9. What type of advertising do they use and what is the cost?10. Does the agent get any regular training since they were licensed11. How is the agent compensated? How is it Handled12. Is the agent performance monitored by the broker? If SO how?13. What is the agents requirements regarding meetings, Training programs and performance14. What kind of legal issues has the broker been involved in? How was it resolved15. How many people work in their office? What is the mood of the office16. What is the agents business philosophy17. What do the anticipate for the real estate market in the next five years18.
