This week you will finalize all deliverables and define what a successful outcome of your project will look like.
Task 1 – Project Deliverables
Using your Implementation Plan developed in NSG/516AD, define each deliverable (processes, education, algorithms, schedule of communications, etc.) listed in your Implementation Plan. Each deliverable will have a defined method of evaluating it (measuring it).
Define your method of measuring the deliverable. This is crucial for monitoring purposes, as well as for gauging whether the changes you are implementing are actually leading to the improvement you are seeking.
Include any measurement tools, evaluation forms, and any other testing tools needed for monitoring and evaluation.
Task 2 – Project Success
Consider how you will determine whether the project is successful.
Define the project goal and a method for measuring whether it has been achieved.
