The questionnaire’s findings were interesting. The scores received for hesitancy and social resistance were low, indicating infrequency in asking for input from colleagues when making decisions and was moderate regarding hesitancy. The scores were enlightening because of my experience in facility operations. I assumed the social resistance would have been higher because I have worked with individuals with expertise in multiple elements of maintenance and operations. When making decisions in this scenario aims to identify colleagues with extensive knowledge in specific areas and collaborate with them to assess data and facts to enhance decision making.

The scores were highest in optimizing. I noted that the score suggested correct because I strive to put the team in the best position, even if it means being open to multiple alternatives. A situation can change, which can negatively impact a plan but optimizing offers an opportunity to overcome initial setbacks. My weakness is constantly considering changing my mind on decisions deemed accurate hours earlier.
