Write 250-300 words drawnig directly on your reading from Pink’s “Design” Chapter and by adapting the instructions from Pink’s “channel your annoyance” activity (p. 90 WNM). Don’t just read the section about the activity. If you don’t show you’ve read the chapter, you’ll get a zero on this assignment. 

Write about the design of an object, tool, or something else that does not work as it should, or that works great, and why you think that’s so. Be sure to reference the concepts of “utility” and “significance”. And, if relevant, draw from Objectified or compare to Don Norman’s concepts. And you might even incorporate elements of the C.R.A.P.-ification method for graphic design. This doesn’t need to be the same thing you brought to class.
