I have posted a PowerPoint deck that shows the distributions across the students in the course with respect to the various individual attributes that have been assessed. View the distributions and reflect on the following: do your scores on the various attributes, and where they fall within these distributions, tell you anything about what or which of your attributes/tendencies, if any, you may want work on with respect to further developing your leadership abilities?
