Hints and tips
You are being asked to submit a ten-minute PowerPoint presentation which compares two gifted programmes. To do this successfully, you will have critically analysed programmes for gifted and talented children / young people. You will need to be selective and to summarise your findings. Your slides should capture the main points that you have discovered during your investigation into his topic. The detail, as you would speak it, should be on the Notes pages to the slides.
Do not over-crowd slides with text. Slide text should be the main points, and all slides should have your speaking notes. You can use diagrams, figures, tables and graphs. You must attribute any images and graphics and assertions should be accompanied by a citation. The final slide (which is not included in the 10-minutes) should be your academic references, correctly presented.
All submitted work is expected to observe academic standards in terms of referencing, academic writing, use of language etc. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in your work being awarded a lower grade than it would otherwise deserve.

Please use the rubric on the assignment portal to view the marking criteria. All work is first marked by your module tutor and then internally moderated.
