A key to long term success to fitness is to always keep learning. Now you have created a solid total body fitness plan and have tried out at least one training method. Every 2-3 months, you should be switching up your workout. Your body gets bored quickly, and its important to not do the same thing. For example, even if you are trying to build mass and use a resistance approach, one week you should try circuit training.
Assignment: I would like you analyze your workout plan. Try to revisit some of the past links or research some new workouts on your own. I want you to identify 4-5 exercises to change. List the name’s of the old exercise and the new ones. Then explain why you are switching these exercises. Think about how this will change your workout. You can also include in your response if you plan on changing anything else into your fitness program, and explain why. The goal of this assignment is get you thinking about how you will change your fitness program in the future when the class is over. You do not need to submit any logs.
