Your personal threshold is that fine line where your body can do anymore. Take all of your workouts and pick one from each muscle group. Your threshold can be weight or reps. For example, if you are doing a push up, how many can you really do? If you are doing a bench press, what is your max weight for one or three reps? This is normally done for people who are trying to build muscle mass. However its a good test individually to do once a month to test your progress, you will be surprised how much you can improve.
When testing this, it may take some time because if you are tired from trying too many attempts, you may not be able to reach your true threshold. Motivation is also key, there is a psychological example of finding a threshold when jumping. You ask someone to jump as high as they can, and then it is marked. Then tape a $20 bill above it and say if you touch it, its yours. A high percentage of people will be able to touch it, because of motivation. So what you think your threshold is, might be incorrect, you will be surprised what your body can do.
Assignment: Please document your exercises, your threshold, and any comments about each one
