PART 2

As stated in the lecture, no single management approach is universally accepted.  Today’s managers may adopt parts of the assumptions and practices of different theories to fit their beliefs, in essence making their own custom management approach. 

For this week’s discussion, review and evaluate the different management approaches presented in the lectures and textbook readings, and answer the following questions:

•  Which theory/approach do you most identify with? Explain your conclusion.
• Choose an additional theory that you feel you could adopt.  Describe what about that theory/approach speaks to you and why.
