Celery Roots Mobile Juice Bar

Celery Roots is a wellness mobile juice bar that offers healthy options for optimal health and wellness. We offer an array of juices, smoothies and bottled items for on-the-go.   The juice is fresh and rejuvenating because of the freshest organic produce we use.  The Juice will be sold in a mobile juice bar because it will require a low capital outlay as compared to physical food joints locations. Also, it will allow setting up a hygienic space which is cleaner, where the customers can pay a price that a little higher than regular roadside eateries and does not require experience (Westman, & Sowyrda, 2016). Juice can also be served at parties and events, a healthier alternative to food trucks.

Celery Roots is made from raw ingredients and uses 100% organic vegetables and whole fruits to ensure that the end product is filled with superfood goodness. We want to ensure healthy options are accessible when you want it, and when you need it.  We use grapefruit, apple cayenne, cucumber, kale and mangoes to name a few of our “superfoods” The juices can be mixed with alcohol to create a “healthy” cocktail.  It can be consumed in single liquid forms when one needs to beat a cold, or hangover. Our Juice is simply fuel for the body!
