Please answer the questions below. APA format and references must be within the last 5 years.It seems to me that one of the challenges of clinical assessment is that of focus. In any given clinical situation, be it in the sim lab or at the bedside, there are numerous aspects of a patient’s presentation that require attention. Even the triage of those aspects is a measure of the student’s judgment. Choosing not to do something can be as important and fraught with danger as intervening. This is less of a problem in the lab but can have devastating repercussions at the bedside. 1. In a clinical setting, how would you suggest the student’s judgment be evaluated? 2. Would you seek out patients with specific disease processes in order for them to encounter actual judgment challenges or would you require the students to seek out their own opportunities? 3. How would you address the issue of the student not encountering those specific assessment scenarios?
