1. Locate and review the OSHA 3071 Job Hazard Analysis publication. Prepare a Job Hazard Analysis using the format in Appendix 3 of OSHA 3071 for one construction work activity such as placing drywall, laying concrete block, placing a concrete slab, etc.

2. Research a fatal construction related accident. Submit a 200 word explanation of how you found this accident, why you selected this particular accident to use in the homework, your analysis of what happened and what could have been done to prevent the accident. Submit either a 1 page printout of the accident report or the link to a video of this accident.
