Some of Julia’s strengths are her 42 years old son, who lives within the area, and her partner, Lucy, whom they have been together for more than 25 years.

My concerns are the fact that she has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and she does not will to continue with any form of treatment.

My raise for concern is because, at 65 years, she needs to always be under doctor’s watch as cancer’s stage can be detrimental to her health. She is not willing to undergo further treatment whatsoever.

The information I need is the type of medication she has been taking on her condition, a record of the times she has undergone chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and a health progress report since she last visited her doctor.

The information is essential as it will help me understand the tests I am supposed to do on her, the type of medication I can prescribe and probably come up with a report of what might be expected of her health in the future if she does not want to continue with further treatment.
