Each student will develop a discipline-specific case study related to the actions of a transformational leader and the impact his/her actions will have in the complex healthcare field involving an interdisciplinary team in the delivery of care/service to the population served. Real-world/workplace challenges are highly recommended. However, in presentation, company and persons’ identity should be kept confidential. (Provide Aliases)

The persons and environment involved

A detailed presentation of the “story” and actions that contributed to or were involved in the problem or challenge.

The proposed or actual leader’s actions

The outcome/end result of the leader’s actions.

The evaluation of the outcome in relation to present-day theory and also if the actions resulted in a positive/negative outcome.

Present 2 discussion questions based on the case and identify the intended teachable moment(s)/topics.

Remember, ensure that the pages are exclusive of the cover and the reference pages. Also, ensure that you include all the references you use in finding research for this assignment paper. References should be at least three for the paper. All references, citation, and writing should follow the APA formatting and also styling guidelines. Finally, ensure you focus on the assignment topic in detail.
