Ethical Role Modeling Competencies

To improve employee engagement and leadership effectiveness, Towers Watson (2014) proposes essential elements for competent leadership role models. We have adapted this leadership framework to illustrate the ethical role-modeling concept.

Although financial performance and other business competencies and outcomes are essential, ethical role modeling competencies tied to values of the firm have equal importance (Weaver, et al., 2005).
