Executive summary
· Module 12: Critical Thinking
Utilizing Process Improvement Models in Saudi Healthcare Settings (110 points)
You have been asked by the Board of Directors to persuade stakeholders in your healthcare organization to adopt Lean Six Sigma.
In this assignment, you will write an executive summary that can be distributed to inform stakeholders about Lean Sigma and how it will benefit your organization and your plan for implementation.
In each summary, you will include the following:
· A succinct overview of the model
· The impact of the model on quality
· The impact of the model on cost
· Barriers to implementation in your organization and how you would address them
· Brief implementation plan
There are many formats for executive summaries, but they all include relevant headings and succinct descriptions.

Executive Summary
1. For your executive summary, incorporate the same kind of general design (like the same colour theme) to keep it consistent with your report. You do not have to have visuals, unless you would like to include a relevant figure from your project report. Imagine the executive summary being added to the start of your report. Would it look consistent, design and format wise? Or would it look out of place? 2. To keep things consistent, use the same font and line spacing as you did in your report for your major general text. This should have been something like font 11 or 12 and line spacing of 1.5 or close to it. The executive summary should be about 3 pages in length considering this kind of format, as I imagine most reports will be around 30 pages. 3. You do not need a title page for the submission; you also do not need a reference section, and you do not have to provide in-text citations. 4. However, you will be graded on how organized it is and how it looks visually; therefore, I would use subtitles or bold text or number points etc, make the whole text a nice column layout or etc, just be creative with the layout! I have attached the rubric and the report that is too be summarized. DO NOT COPY PASTE FROM REPORT. Please make sure follow the instructions….. the summary is supposed to similar to report(colours, layout, etc).
