Fruit can be cut and pre-stored for the whole week since a little goes a long way. It is easy to take on the go for a busy person. Fruit can be just as filling as the higher calorie desserts as well.
Along with the convenience fruit is also the healthier option. Fruit has a higher nutritional value with all the sweet taste still. Fruit is also all natural which is way healthier. Someone can enjoy a fruit dessert after a meal without any guilt instead of eating the high calorie deserts.
In addition, fruit offers endless options for dessert. There are plenty of different fruits to substitute cake or cookies. Pineapple and peaches are some very sweet alternatives, while avocados and grapefruit are not as sweet. These fruits can all be prepared differently too incase they get boring.
