Reflection

Currently, there are online media platforms that most populations rely on as a source of information. As a result, media sources such as legacy media are being lost gradually over time. Both the media and online sources depend on the news as the leading resource in getting information, and this should be given more attention since it is relied upon mainly by the broader population. There has been a mechanism in which newspapers are managed in an organization. Presently, it is known that the management of newspapers and their perspective is changing, which is affecting communication as well.

Language is something that cannot be separated from culture. Having mentioned that, it is essential to note that the language we use can either change the information in a communication process because the information can be encoded or decoded. The language in the society can either construct the culture or deconstruct it in the process of consuming the information. The culture of using newspapers for first-hand information is dominant amongst many populations, but when the language is not appealing, then they can quit using newspapers and opts for other media. Media can be incorporated into the culture so that it can be understood. The media editors should prioritize to incorporate print media into the culture, having in mind that we are in an era of modern technology.
