NURS 340 CPE Project Part 2: Analysis of Evidence

The clinical practice experience (CPE) project involves the creation of an evidence-based job description using the QSEN competencies. Part two of the project will analyze the articles found in part one of the project, the annotated bibliography. The analysis should include:

• Key competencies of current best practice
• Strengths and weaknesses of current best practice
• The six competencies from the QSEN initiative
• How the QSEN competencies can be incorporated into the job description for the entry level RN
• The knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed in the clinical practice setting

The paper should use APA format, have a minimum of 3-pages in length, not including the title and reference pages, and include at least five current, scholarly references.
