What type of mobile device policy would you develop?

 We are now in the new normal of working from home.  Mobile phones have been a big asset to communication for organization purposes during this time.  What type of mobile device policy would you develop? What restrictions would you include to ensure safety of data and safety of information being shared? How often will you update the policy?
