Written Assignment 4

The final project of this course will be built on written assignments 2 to 5. From Written Assignment 2, each written assignment is structured to build upon the previous ones. The final project which is also Written Assignment 6 will combine and integrate the four written assignments into one final paper. More details are available in Module 6.

Final Project Part 3

The focus on the third part of this project is to write a 2-3 page (350 words per page) paper in APA format addressing the following topics below for the new technology or application selected in the previous written assignments. You should also include as part of this paper any acknowledgements and resources used (e.g., websites, textbooks, articles). Each written assignment should include four or more references.

Develop and describe a technology lifecycle model (including the time and cost of development, the amount of time to recover the cost, and return on investment (profit) based on the development costs and risks) and/or product lifecycle model (including timing, marketing measures, and costs associated with the life of a product) for the new technology or applicationThe acceptance process as it relates to the technology or product lifecycle

Revision Guide: 1. How gripping is the hook (the first line of the essay)? What could make the hook even more interesting to the reader? 2. Does the introduction thoroughly explain the topic behind the problem? What more could be said about it? 3. Is the thesis in an enthymeme style, giving a clear claim as to why this is an issue with supporting reasons? 4. Does the body show grounds supporting those reasons, whether from the writer’s personal experience or outside sources? 5. What points could use more evidence to support them? 6. Do any warrants need to be considered? What backing would they need? 7. Are counterarguments shown and their stance explained? What other counterarguments might there be? Should any qualifiers be considered? 7. Is each counterargument rebutted thoroughly with evidence? 8. Does the conclusion recap the main points throughout the essay and give a strong point of emotion? 9. Are there any typos, grammar slips, or citation issues to be fixed?
