1.  Cindee is a vice president for Adkins, Inc.  She has been at the company for over ten years.  However, many of Cindee’s ideas are in essence “stolen” from her by her boss.  However, she does not mind because she earns a great salary and is very happy with her job.  What Greene law is Cindee’s boss following and why?

2. Lawrence wants to fast track his career.  He foresees himself as a president of a company within five years, yet he has hecently graduated college.  Further, He gets very upset when other people get promoted and does not wait for the right situation to discuss ideas and thoughts.  He is considering changing jobs to another company to fulfill his dreams.  What Greene law should Lawrence consider in order to not destroy his career?

Jesse’s personality is one of not speaking up during meetings, staying in his cubicle, and generally soft-spoken.  His co-workers like him and his boss thinks he is reliable.  Jesse wants to change in order to be noticed and promoted, but he doesn’t know where to start.  What Greene trait should Jesse incorporate in order to be noticed by top management?

4. Tyler has been working for a company for about five years.

He recently has been given control over a department for a very important product the company is developing.  It is VERY important that Tyler develops a team to help develop this product and increase productivity.  In order to have proper people oversight and leadership as well as increasing productivity, what Maxwell principle does Tyler need to implement to reach this goal?

5. Linda received a memo today about a major technology upgrade the company is going to implement in a few weeks.  This will affect many people in her department and it will mean laying off many people, shifts in responsibility, work schedules, etc.  She doesn’t have a clue how to break the news to her staff of 50 and is very worried.  What Maxwell chapter and concept should she study and how should she implement it?
